🧾 Conditions of participation – competition Every 10th order wins

1. Organizer

The organizer of this competition is true-insights.de , full details can be found in the imprint.

2. Participation period

The competition runs from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded.

4. Conditions of participation

Participation via order

  • Every order received in the online shop true-insights.de during the participation period automatically counts as participation.

  • Every 10th order receives a voucher worth the purchase value (excluding shipping costs).

  • A maximum of 10 vouchers will be awarded.

Participation without purchase

  • Participation is also possible without ordering.

  • Interested parties should send an email with the subject “Competition” to info@true-insights.de during the participation period.

  • After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email (double opt-in) . Participation is only considered confirmed after clicking the link.

  • Every 10th confirmed email participation receives a €10 voucher for the shop true-insights.de .

5. Profit

  • Order participation: Voucher in the amount of the purchase value.

  • E-mail participation: voucher worth 10 €.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable , cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be redeemed for cash .

6. Selection & Notification

Counting is done strictly according to the time of receipt.
Winners will be notified by email and receive the voucher code digitally.

7. Data protection

  • Personal data will be used exclusively to conduct the competition.

  • For newsletter purposes, data will only be used if you have specifically consented to this.

  • Once completed, data that is no longer needed will be deleted.

8. Liability & Change

true-insights.de is not liable for technical malfunctions. The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition for important reasons.

9. Platform notice

This competition is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by these platforms.

10. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
