🌱 Production & Sustainability
1. Why is the delivery taking a little longer?
📦 Our products are made exclusively on demand – individually for you and not in stock. This allows us to avoid overproduction and waste. This conscious decision means that production typically takes 5–7 business days . Shipping follows.
2. How sustainable are your products?
🌿We work with blanks from Gildan and AWDis Just Hoods , which are tested according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and manufactured in WRAP or Fair Labor-certified factories . Many Just Hoods hoodies are also PETA-Approved Vegan .
We deliberately produce in small batches , focus on durable fabrics, and only print when a design makes sense – no junk, no fast-fashion frenzy. Attitude, not hype.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
3. How long does the entire shipping process take?
⏱️ Production time is approximately 5–7 business days . Shipping takes an additional 1–3 business days, depending on location. During peak periods or for limited editions, the total time can be up to 12 days .
4. What are the shipping costs?
💰 Shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout . Shipping within Germany is free for orders above a certain value .
5. Do you also ship internationally?
🌍 Yes, we deliver throughout the EU and beyond . Please note that customs duties may apply to deliveries outside the EU – these are beyond our control.
6. Where is it shipped from?
📦 Depending on the delivery address, shipping is from the EU or the USA to minimize transport routes and save CO₂ .

7. How do the T-shirts and hoodies fit?
📐 Our designs are unisex and have a regular fit . For a looser fit, we recommend choosing one size larger . A size chart is available for each product.
8. Are these designs also available on other products?
🛍️ Many designs are also available on mugs, tote bags, phone cases, posters and other items.
9. I have my own design idea – can I send it to you?
🎨 Absolutely! If the idea fits our style, we might be able to implement it. Just contact us via message or email .
📦 Order & Returns
10. Can I change or cancel my order?
⏳ Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of order placement . After that, individual production begins – unfortunately, changes are no longer possible.
11. My product arrived damaged or defective – what should I do?
🛠️ Please send us an email with photos to info@true-insights.de . We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
12. Can I return products if I don't like them?
🚫 Since all items are individually made , returns due to personal preference are unfortunately not possible. Exceptions apply in the case of damaged or defective delivery .

15. May I use your designs for my own projects?
📎 For private use with attribution, this is fine. Commercial use is not permitted , as all designs are copyrighted.
