🌱 Production & Sustainability

1. Why does delivery take a little longer?
📦 Our products are made exclusively on-demand —custom-made for you, not in stock. This way, we avoid overproduction and waste. This conscious decision means that production typically takes 5–7 business days . Shipping follows.

2. How sustainable are your products?
🌿 We rely on organic cotton textiles , primarily use water-based printing processes , and follow the principle: less, but better. No mass-produced goods, no fast fashion—just long-lasting products with a sense of purpose.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

3. How long does shipping take in total?
⏱️ Production time is approximately 5–7 business days . Shipping takes an additional 1–3 business days , depending on your location. During peak periods or for limited editions, the total time can be up to 12 days .

4. How much does shipping cost?
💰 Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout . Shipping within Germany is free for orders above a certain value .

5. Do you also ship abroad?
🌍 Yes, we ship throughout the EU and beyond . Please note that customs duties may apply for deliveries outside the EU – these are beyond our control.

6. Where does it ship from?
📦 Depending on the delivery address, shipping will be from the EU or the USA to minimize transport routes and save CO₂ .


👕 Products & Sizes

7. How do the T-shirts and hoodies fit?
📐 Our cuts are unisex and fairly regular . For a looser fit, we recommend choosing a size larger . A size chart is included with each product.

8. Are the motifs also available on other products?
🛍️ Many designs are also available on mugs, tote bags, phone cases, posters and other items.

9. I have my own design idea – can I send it to you?
🎨 We'd be happy to. If the idea fits our style, we might be able to implement it. Just contact us via message or email .


📦 Order & Return

10. Can I change or cancel my order?
⏳ Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of receiving your order . After that, custom production begins—and unfortunately, changes are no longer possible.

11. My product arrived damaged or faulty – what should I do?
🛠️ Please send us an email with photos to info@true-insights.de . We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

12. Can I return products if I don't like them?
🚫 Since all items are individually crafted , returns for reasons of taste are unfortunately not possible. Exceptions apply in the case of damaged or faulty deliveries .

15. Can I use your designs for my own projects?
📎 This is fine for private use with attribution . Commercial use is not permitted , as all designs are copyrighted.
