🌱 Production & Sustainability
Where are True Insights shirts printed?
In Germany and Europe. Every piece is printed only after you order (print on demand), at printing partners in Germany and other EU countries, depending on the product and delivery address. All designs are created in Berlin. For delivery addresses outside Europe, such as in the US, we print locally so that no package has to travel halfway around the world.
How long do production and delivery take?
Since we don't produce anything in advance, your piece is made after you order: production takes 2–4 business days, shipping within Germany 2–5 business days. All in all it's usually 5–10 business days, and up to 12 days during peak times like the run-up to Christmas. In return, there's no overproduction and no stock sitting around that ends up being thrown away.
Which blanks do you use and how sustainable are they?
T-shirts and sweatshirts come from Gildan, hoodies and zip hoodies from AWDis Just Hoods. Both are tested for harmful substances according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Gildan certificate 168252, AWDis 23.HPK.70888). Gildan has its factories certified under WRAP and is a member of the Fair Labor Association; many Just Hoods hoodies are PETA-Approved Vegan. We only print once an order comes in, in small quantities and with designs that are meant to last. No organic cotton promises, but tested materials instead.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Within Germany we ship for free. For other countries, the checkout shows you the shipping costs before you buy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout the EU and beyond. For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees may apply, which are beyond our control.
Where do you ship from?
Directly from the printing facility that made your piece: for Germany and Europe from Germany or the EU, for delivery addresses in the US from the US. That keeps transport routes short.

How do the T-shirts and hoodies fit?
Our cuts are unisex and true to size. For a looser fit we recommend going one size up. The measurements are listed with each product and in the size charts: T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and zip hoodies, women's T-shirts.
Are the designs available on other products too?
Many designs are also available on mugs, tote bags, phone cases, canvas prints and mouse pads. On the product page you can see which items a design is available on.
I have my own design idea – can I send it to you?
Please do. If the idea fits our style, we might just make it happen. Just write to us via the contact form or at info@true-insights.de.

Is True Insights a reputable online shop?
Yes. True Insights is a word mark registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (register number 30 2026 216156), founded in 2025 in Berlin. The owner is Kai Danneberg, Gierkezeile 19, 10585 Berlin; you'll find the legal notice, privacy policy and cancellation policy in the footer. You can pay by PayPal, Klarna, credit card or Shop Pay. Customers rate the shop 4.7 out of 5 stars across 44 reviews (Judge.me, as of October 2026), which you can read on our reviews page. Our designs are also available on Amazon and Etsy.
How do customers rate True Insights?
Currently 4.7 out of 5 stars across 44 reviews, collected via Judge.me (as of October 2026). All reviews with text, date and the product reviewed can be found on the reviews page. Reviews marked as "verified purchase" come from a paid order in this shop. Print quality and the choice of designs get the most praise. One note from the reviews: the unisex shirts run rather long, so it's worth checking the size chart before you buy.
Which payment methods are available?
PayPal, Klarna, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and Shop Pay. You'll see the available payment methods at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production of your piece begins and changes are no longer possible.
My product arrived damaged or faulty – what should I do?
Send us an email with photos to info@true-insights.de. We'll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return products or withdraw from the purchase?
Yes. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. You'll find how it works and a sample form on the withdrawal page. Since every piece is printed specially for you, it's worth checking the size chart before you buy. In case of a damaged or faulty delivery, we'll of course replace the product regardless.

For private use with credit, yes. Commercial use is not permitted, all designs are protected by copyright.
